MIDWAY SLOTS
Midway Slots is located on US Route 13 at the Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington, Delaware and is a 25 minute drive South of Dover, 40 minutes Northwest of the Delaware beaches and Cape May/Lewis Ferry, 50 minutes from Ocean City and Salisbury, Maryland and a 45 mile drive from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.
Driving directions:
- From Baltimore, Maryland, Washington, DC or Richmond Virginia – US 50/301 over the Bay Bridge. Follow US 50 East to Maryland 404 East.
- From the Norfolk, Virginia area – Cross the bridge/tunnel and follow US 13 North to Harrington. Approximate driving time 2-1/2 hours from the bridge/tunnel.
- From Ocean City, Maryland – Take Route 90 West to US 113 North. Follow 113 North to Route 404 West.
- From Cape May/Lewis Ferry – Take Route 9 West to Route 1 (2-1/2 miles), then Coastal Highway Route 1 North (18-1/2 miles).
- From Points North – New Jersey Turnpike South to the Delaware Memorial Bridge or I-95 South past Wilmington to Delaware Route 1 South in Christiana.
DELAWARE PARK
Located in Northern Delaware, Wilmington is the state’s largest city and home to one of Delaware’s three gambling venues – Delaware Park. The facility is located at 777 Delaware Park Boulevard, Wilmington, Delaware 19804 – telephone 1-800-41-SLOTS or locally at 302-994-2521.
Driving directions to Delaware Park from:
- I-95 Northeast. Kennedy Memorial Highway approximately 56 miles to Delaware Park Exit 4B Stanton Churchman’s Road.
- From Chesapeake Bay Bridge North: Route 301 North to Middletown (approximately 45 miles) from Middletown, 299 East for 1-1/2 miles to Route 1/13.
- From Washington, DC (North): The distance from Washington, DC to Delaware Park is approximately 105 miles. Take the DC Beltway (495/95) North to either I-95 or to the Baltimore Washington Parkway.
- From Lancaster, Pennsylvania South: There are two roads to Delaware Park: South on Route 896 or Route 41. Both roads intersect Route 30 East of Lancaster.
DOVER DOWNS SLOTS
Located in Delaware’s capital city of Dover, this is quite a big complex: a gambling and entertainment venue that encompasses a race track featuring live harness racing and auto (NASCAR) racing, a casino housing 2500 slots, a hotel, four bars and six restaurants. How to get there - driving directions:
- US Route 13 – The major North/South Highway in Delaware. Dover Downs is on the Northbound side.
- From South of Chesapeake Bay via the Chesapeake Bay Bridge: I-64 West to Richmond. I-95 North to the Washington Beltway (I-495 North).
- From Baltimore or Washington via Interstate 95: Baltimore Beltway (I-695) to I-95 North to Exit 4A. US1 to Exit 104.
- From the Pennsylvania Turnpike: Turnpike East to Valley Forge Exit. US 202 South to US 13 South.
- From Philadelphia or Trenton, New Jersey: I-95 South to I-495 South to Exit 1 (US 13 South Exit).
